Chalet changeover day is Sunday. All prices shown are in euros (€ / EUR).
The prices listed are per person sharing a room for a 7 (seven) night stay in the chalet on a catered basis. Shorter breaks can also be arranged, subject to availability.
Sole occupancy price is based on 16 people occupying all 8 (eight) rooms. Additional guests (up to a maximum of 22 at La Desmeuniere and 25 at Chalet Pléney in total) are charged at a discounted rate – view our discounts and special offers.
Your chalet is available from 16.00 (4pm) on your day of arrival. You will be welcomed by us and will be shown to your rooms and around the chalet. If you are arriving before 16.00 (4pm), it is possible for us to store your luggage in the boot room. If you have decided to drive, it is also possible to park at the chalet and walk into Morzine to get your bearings.
Check out is by 10.00 (10am) on your day of departure. If you wish to ski/snowboard that day, or you are booked on to a later transfer, we will be able to store your luggage in the sauna room and you can have use of the sauna room shower.
If you wish to book the chalet, please email us with your requirements and we will send our booking form and booking terms and conditions and also reiterate all the details that have been discussed so far either by email or phone. Once we have sent you the booking form, we will allow 48 hours in order for you to return it. If you need longer than 48 hours, this will need to be discussed at the time of booking.
A deposit of 25% is required to be paid by the group leader (if sole occupancy) or by the individual booking a room(s). The final payment is due on or before 10 (ten) weeks prior to arrival date.
Payment for the deposit and final balance must be paid by bank transfer into our French euro (€ / EUR) account. All payments received must be in euros (€ / EUR) - no other form of payment will be accepted.
Please note that there is a local tourist tax charge of 2€ per person per night. This is payable locally and is an additional charge to our quote.
