Morzine for Non-Skiers

Ice Skating

Morzine has a great indoor ice rink, that’s home to our Morzine-Avoriaz Penguins (HCMA) ice hockey team. Inside the Palais des Sport you’ll find the 56x26 ice rink, open in the afternoons from 2pm with entry prices from 4,20€ (EUR).

Snowshoeing

Snowshoeing is a fabulous way to take a step back from the crowds and enjoy the untouched mountains. There are many shops that hire out a pair, usually prices vary from 15€ (EUR) to 50€ (EUR) or if you are going with a company, they may provide within their price package. If you are not comfortable on heading out on your own, we recommend booking with Days Away Adventures where you can venture out solo or in a group. Prices from 40€ (EUR).

Paragliding

Embark on a truly unique way of enjoying the resort - by air! Book yourself onto a bucket list worthy experience from 80€ (EUR) and prepare for an unforgettable time.

Swimming

The indoor swimming pool is open during the winter. It has a 25m pool, children’s pool and a splash pool. Following your swim, take advantage of your time there and indulge in their wellbeing space, equipped with saunas and Turkish baths.

Pamper Yourself

Indulge in some self-care and enjoy a beauty treatment or find your zen in a yoga class.

Sledging / Night Sledging

During the day, there’s a great area to go sledging at the bottom of the Pléney side piste. Just behind the Action Sport shop and café, you will find a cornered off area dedicated for sledging.
